Pear is a multidisciplinary women’s health studio located in Wavell Heights and are leading experts in pregnancy, birth and postnatal health. They offer an amazing array of services and are a child and family friendly studio meaning children, babies and partners are always welcome. 

Esme will be presenting to our Mammas’s about safe return to exercise and pelvic floor health as well as running a mums and bubs mat pilates class.

Dr Emma Piovesan

Chiropractic care, stretches, & gentle core exercises

Meet Dr Emma Piovesan, a passionate and experienced chiropractor based in Toowoomba. Emma completed both her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science degree and Master of Chiropractic degree at Macquarie University and began her career in 2002 in Brisbane before moving to Toowoomba in 2004 to set up their family chiropractic practice.

As a mother of two beautiful children, Emma has developed a keen interest in helping women with musculoskeletal problems through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her gentle chiropractic care, stretches, and core exercises are tailored to the unique needs of each patient, helping them achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

In addition to her work at the clinic, Emma is dedicated to sharing her expertise with the wider community. She regularly speaks at midwife groups to expectant mothers and is available for community talks. Emma is currently in the final stages of completing her Certified Chiropractic Wellness Lifestyle Practitioner training with the International Chiropractic Association and a Post Graduate Certificate in Paediatric Chiropractic with Kiro Kids. She is also a Certified NeuroImpulse Protocol Practitioner, using a gentle form of chiropractic that is perfect for pregnant women and children.

Alex is an incredibly passionate and highly skilled pelvic health physiotherapist. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation and a Masters in Public Health, Alex brings an abundance of expertises to the Mamma Collective community.

Alex is passionate about empowering patients to heal, improve and understand how best to optimize their own health and wellbeing. Alex works to treat all facets of pelvic health including the management of adult, adolescent and paediatric bladder and bowel disorders, prolapse, pelvic pain and to support women during pregnancy and beyond. Alex is all about squashing the taboo around pelvic health concerns and acknowledging that it is normal for mamma’s to need help with incontinence, prolapse and other pelvic health concerns post birth.

Meet Naomi, the friendly and enthusiastic music teacher at Maggie Moo Music! With years of experience in early childhood education, Naomi loves nothing more than helping little ones discover the joy of music. Through the fun and interactive Moo Music sessions, Naomi and her team provide a positive and uplifting experience for children aged 0 to 5 years old and their parents, grandparents, or carers.
